  • Make choices that put YOU first.
  • Listen to your NATURAL RHYTHM rather than forcing yourself to do what you “should” do.

Week 3: Powerful Re-Centering (The Pinch & The Victim)

You will learn how to:

  • Notice when you’ve been derailed by your emotions and learn how to RE-CENTER more quickly.
  • Start patching the ENERGY LEAKS that leave you exhausted at the end of your day.
  • Revive relationships by transforming RESENTMENT and BLAME into EMPOWERMENT.

Week 4: Powerful Choices: No… and Yes! (Say No… and Yes!)

You will learn how to:

  • STOP the feeling of overwhelm and TAKE BACK your sense of choice.
  • Say YES to the pleasures you’ve been denying yourself, and start living a more JUICY life.
  • SAY NO when you mean No.

Week 5: Powerful Attention: Lasso Your Brain (Lasso your brain)

You will learn how to:

  • LASSO YOUR BRAIN when it’s running on out of control on high gear.
  • LET GO of addictive thoughts leave you paralyzed.
  • Put your ATTENTION where it has the highest potential for impact on your mission and goals.

Week 6: Know Your Achilles Heel (The One Thing)

You will learn how to:

  • Identify the ONE most IMPORTANT THING you need to address in order to fully reclaim your energy.
  • Create a memorable PERSONAL STATEMENT that connects you to your most important intentions.

Week 7: The Practical Path to Embodiment (Daily Practices)

You will learn how to:

  • Create simple, powerful daily ACTIONS that anchor your commitment to yourself.
  • EMBODY your mission fiercely and passionately.
  • Master the art of commitment and create NEW HABITS in your life and work.

Week 8: The Body’s Wisdom and Authentic Balance (Body’s Wisdom)

You will learn how to:

  • Listen to the wisdom of your body to make INTUITIVE choices regarding your health, diet and fitness.
  • Avoid the COMMON TRAPS of poor decision making, at home and at work.
  • Develop a RELATIONSHIP with your body, so that it SERVES your most important goals.

Week 9: Cultivating Energy Through Your Emotions (Into The Well)

You will learn how to:

  • Stop LOSING MOMENTUM by saying “I’m fine” when you feel an emotion.
  • USE your emotions as FUEL to run your inner engine.
  • MOVE gracefully THROUGH anger, grief, frustration or fear toward a sense of peace.

Week 10: Cultivating Energy Through Daily Practice (Rebuilding Energy)

You will learn how to:

  • Detect when you’re running on EMPTY and take action to fill up.
  • Make use of the ups AND the DOWNS in your week.
  • DESIGN simple, ENERGY-BUILDING practices that keep your battery charged, so that you maintain a healthy ongoing baseline.

Week 11: Reclaiming Energy by Reclaiming Your Passion (the Gift of Passion)

You will learn how to:

  • Review important moments of your life to identify the greatest GIFT you were born to CONTRIBUTE in the world.
  • Move toward your PASSION intuitively, while letting go of the fears that keep you playing small.

Week 12: Reclaiming Energy by Mastering Tough Conversations (Tough Conversations)

You will learn how to:

  • Gracefully initiate the TOUGH CONVERSATIONS with your friends, colleagues and family that you’ve been avoiding.
  • Communicate DIRECTLY in a way that invites open dialog.
  • GET MORE of the results you want while helping others do the same.

Epilog: Anchoring the Sustainable Leadership Lifestyle

You will learn how to:

  • SUSTAIN your Thriving lifestyle for years to come.
  • Build your personal SUPPORT TEAM to hold you accountable
