Guts’n Grace Six-Week Overview

Here is an overview of what you’ll learn each week in the Guts’n Grace course…


Week One (Dec 2-8): Building the Foundation for True Healing

You will learn how to:

  • Make PEACE with WHAT IS, while deepening your commitment to HEALING.
  • Start making everyday JOY a top priority.
  • REVIVE your IMMUNE SYSTEM with activities that rebuild the body’s natural defenses.
  • Create an inspired MUSIC PLAYLIST that works with your current mood to raise your vibration.


Week Two (Dec 9-15): Navigating Your Emotional Landscape

You will learn how to:

  • Lasso your brain and say “SO WHAT” to the addictive fears that creep in and leave you paralyzed.
  • STOP NUMBING and start healing your emotions.
  • Use movement and sound to MOVE gracefully THROUGH anger, grief, confusion and pain toward a sense of peace.


Week Three (Dec 16-22): From Victim to Empowered Co-Creator

You will learn how to:

  • STOP the feeling of dis-empowerment and TAKE BACK your life.
  • Revive relationships by transforming RESENTMENT and BLAME into EMPOWERMENT and RADICAL SELF-CARE.
  • Say YES to the DELICIOUS pleasures you’ve been denying yourself, and start living a more JUICY life.
  • Say NO when you mean No.


No Class “Implementation Week” (Dec 23-29)

Time to put what you’ve learned into practice over the holidays!


Week Four (Dec 30-Jan 5): Tackling the ONE THING You Most Need to Heal

You will learn how to:

  • Identify the ONE most IMPORTANT THING you need to address in order to heal your body, mind and spirit.
  • Create a memorable PERSONAL STATEMENT that connects you to your most important healing intention.
  • Commit to simple, powerful daily ACTIONS that move you along the healing path.


Week Five (Jan 6-12): The Body’s Wisdom and Authentic Balance

You will learn how to:

  • TAKE BACK your calendar and create a weekly schedule that makes your heart SING.
  • Listen to the wisdom of your body to make INTUITIVE choices regarding your healing path.
  • Avoid the COMMON TRAPS of poor decision making when it comes to your health.


Week Six (Jan 13-19): Pursuing Passion as Healing

You will learn how to:

  • Harvest the tough moments of your life to identify the greatest GIFT you were born to CONTRIBUTE in the world.
  • Move toward your PASSION intuitively, while letting go of the fears that keep you playing small.
  • Gracefully initiate the TOUGH CONVERSATIONS with your friends, colleagues and family that you’ve been avoiding.


Integration Day (Jan 30): Anchoring Your Total Wellness Lifestyle

You will learn how to:

  • SUSTAIN your Total Wellness Lifestyle for years to come.
  • Build your Total Wellness Lifestyle SUPPORT TEAM.
